Follower’s powers are based on their main stat (maxed at 25.000, but they have a 2.5x multiplier so you only need 10,000).Cooldown Reduction from Follower tokens work for all their active skills, but not for their cheat death procs.If you picked a skill you don't want, your only option is to make a new character.
